Includes a package of 10 high resolution photos of choice Clients are entitled to a 360 degree exterior video - Gilbert Photography offers professional drone services exclusively within the area of South Devon. - Our operations are strictly limited to South Devon within a 20 mile radius of Newton Abbot and areas requested outside of the geographical area will imply additional charges for time and travel. - Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund. - clients must ensure all necessary permissions and authorisations from relevant property owners are obtained before the service. - Client must ensure the site is safe and accessible for our operations. Any delays or additional costs arising from inaccessibility or unsafe conditions will be the clients responsibility. - Drone operations are highly dependant on weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unfavourable weather conditions. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund. - We operate in full compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and all other relevant laws and regulations. Clients must ensure that their requests do not violate any legal restrictions. - All images, videos and other deliverables produced by Gilbert Photography remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients will be granted a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
